1. The cracking of high-pressure rubber hose is related to the quality of high-pressure rubber hose and the mode of machinery and equipment when high-pressure rubber hose is used. It is required to pay attention to the air conditioning pipes of machinery and equipment. If the angle of view is too large, the working pressure will converge at the butt joint of high-pressure rubber pipes, and the oil delivery pipe at the interface will crack. At this moment, it is only necessary to disassemble the fuel injection pump for inspection, and then replace the oil delivery pump to solve the problem.

2. The cracking of the high-pressure rubber hose is inevitably related to the poor unloading of the output oil pump. The high-pressure rubber hose causes cracks in the oil pipeline according to the long-term accumulation.

3. During the operation of the proposed engine, if the fuel injection nozzle is stuck and the plunger pump is still going up the oil pump again, the working pressure of the high-pressure rubber hose is relatively limited, and the long-term acceptance of this working pressure will crack. Therefore, once the high-pressure hose of diesel engine is cracked, it is mainly required to check whether the fuel injection pump is stuck.

4. The cracking of high-pressure hose is also closely related to the shaking of diesel engine. The high-pressure rubber hose management center only relies on a white iron sheet support point clamped by the oil delivery pipe. The trembling exchange of the diesel engine will cause the oil delivery pipe to co vibrate and split the oil delivery pipe. It is useless to replace the high-pressure rubber hose like that. It is necessary to solve the trembling of the diesel engine before replacing it.
