1、 Pressure matching

When opening and closing, it will cause the fluctuation of fluid pressure and increase the pressure. Therefore, when purchasing the hydraulic oil pipe, it should be selected according to 1.5 times of the actual working intensity, which can greatly prolong its service time.

2、 Path matching

When the hydraulic oil pipe is equipped, it shall be selected according to the requirements of the host of the ultra-high pressure cleaning machine. The change of the diameter in the pipe makes the working strike force and the system unbalanced. The experiment shows that replacing the hydraulic oil pipe with the specified diameter of 5mm with the hydraulic oil pipe with the diameter of 4mm will reduce the service life by 3 / 1.

3、 Avoid bending.

(1) When the ultra-high pressure cleaning machine is in working state, the hydraulic oil pipe shall avoid bending as much as possible. If it is necessary to bend, ensure that the bending radius of the hydraulic oil pipe is not too small, otherwise the inner steel wire will be compressed, affecting the service life of the hydraulic oil pipe.
