Then, keep away from other hoses. When installing the high-pressure hose, do not contact with other hoses or piping. Where the high-pressure hose must cross or may rub with the mechanical surface, the high-pressure hose shall be used. When it must be bent, avoid sharp bending, and its bending radius R ≥ (9 ~ 10) d (D is the outer diameter of the hose). The next step is to avoid bending, which requires a lot of resources.

If the rubber layer in the high-pressure hose is hard and cracked, it may be because the plasticizer is added to the rubber products to make the tubing flexible and plastic. But if the high-pressure hose overheats, the plasticizer will overflow. If the inner rubber layer of the high-pressure rubber hose is seriously deteriorated and obviously expanded, it indicates that the inner rubber layer of the high-pressure rubber hose is seriously deteriorated. The obvious expansion is due to the incompatibility between the rubber material in the oil pipe and the oil used in the hydraulic system, and the high-pressure rubber hose is deteriorated by chemical action.
